The rental period
Decide on your departure and return date. Please check our business hours and make your reservations with plenty of time to spare.

Select a vehicle model
You can select the vehicle model you would like to rent.
Please consider the amount of luggage and the number of passengers when deciding on the vehicle model. If there is availability, you can change the vehicle model on the day of rental, so please feel free to let us know in that case.

Make a payment
In principle, we request payment by credit card. Depending on the class, you may also be able to pay by cash (ID required). Please contact each store for details.

Vehicle handover
On the day of your reservation, we will provide you with an explanation of how to use our services and proceed with the contract at our in-store counter. Before you depart, we kindly ask you to inspect the car for any dents or scratches, etc. Please take care of yourself as soon as all procedures are completed.

Return of the vehicle
We ask that you fill up your tank at a nearby gas station on your way back to the store. If you do not have time to fill up, please pay a fee based on the mileage at the counter. After checking for scratches, dents, etc., the return process is complete.

We recommend that you make a reservation in advance for your use of our services.
You can choose a rental car according to the date, time, location, and purpose.
